Karla Guilfu Acevedo crowned as the Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2023. Karla Guilfu Finally Miss Universe Puerto Rico Luis A. Ferre Fine Arts Center won the crown and people’s hearts with this achievement. The first runner-up was Miss Rio Grande, Xarimar Acevedo, the second runner-up, Miss Toa Baja, Kiara Rivera Escudero, the third runner-up, Miss Isabela, Fiorella Medina and the fourth finalist, Miss San Lorenzo, Israel Roman Almeda.
